It describes how the application operates, what information may be accessed or stored, how optional location access is used for weather functionality, and how user privacy is protected. 1. ABOUT THE APP Amazing Digital Clock is a digital desk clock and alarm application designed to turn an Android phone or compatible device into a customizable bedside, desk, home, or office clock. Depending on the installed version and features selected by the user, the app may provide: • a large digital clock display; • multiple clock colors and display styles; • 12-hour and 24-hour clock formats; • optional seconds display; • date and day-of-week information; • multiple alarms; • one-time and repeating alarms; • alarm labels; • selectable alarm tones or user-selected music; • brightness and automatic night-dimming controls; • desk mode and keep-screen-on functionality; • Android screensaver functionality; • optional weather and temperature information; and • other clock, display and alarm preferences. The app is designed primarily to operate using information and settings stored locally on the user's device. 3. FREE DOWNLOAD, 3-DAY TRIAL AND PREMIUM ACCESS Amazing Digital Clock is offered as a free download on Google Play and includes a 3-day free trial period. No payment is required to begin the 3-day trial. During the trial period, the user may use the app's available functionality. The app stores limited trial-status information on the device so it can determine when the 3-day trial begins and when it expires. The app may notify the user that the application is free to use for 3 days and that continued use after the trial requires premium access. After the 3-day trial period expires, normal app functionality is disabled until the user obtains premium access. The app may display a trial-expired message with options to purchase lifetime access, subscribe for annual access, or close the app. Premium access is offered through Google Play as: • Lifetime Access — a one-time in-app purchase, currently intended to be offered for $3.00; or • Annual Access — an automatically renewing subscription, currently intended to be offered for $1.00 per year. Actual prices, currency, taxes, availability, and applicable terms shown by Google Play may vary by country or account. The price and terms displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase or subscription control the transaction. The 3-day free trial described in this policy is provided by the app itself. It is not an automatically renewing Google Play subscription trial, and the user is not automatically charged merely because the 3-day app trial expires. 6. PURCHASES, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND GOOGLE PLAY BILLING Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. PREMIER 21 CORP does not directly receive or store the user's complete credit-card number, debit-card number, bank-account number, or other complete payment credentials. Google Play may process payment, purchase, subscription, account, fraud-prevention, and transaction information according to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms. The app may receive purchase and subscription status information from Google Play that is necessary to determine whether the user has purchased lifetime access or has an active subscription. This information may also be used to restore or verify premium access. The lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. The annual subscription automatically renews according to the price, billing period, and terms displayed by Google Play unless the user cancels it. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Google Play account. Cancellation stops future renewal, while access may continue through the end of an already-paid subscription period, subject to Google Play's applicable rules. PREMIER 21 CORP does not use purchase or subscription status information for targeted advertising or marketing. 7. CLOCK, ALARM AND SETTINGS INFORMATION The application may store information necessary to provide its clock and alarm functionality, including: • alarms created by the user; • alarm times; • alarm labels; • selected alarm dates or repeating days; • enabled or disabled alarm status; • selected alarm tones or music references; • selected clock color; • brightness preferences; • automatic night-dimming preferences; • 12-hour or 24-hour clock preference; • seconds-display preference; • clock digit/display preferences; • desk-mode preferences; • weather preferences; • trial and premium-access status; and • other application configuration settings. This information is used to operate and personalize the application. This information is primarily stored locally on the user's device using standard Android application-storage mechanisms. PREMIER 21 CORP does not operate a cloud service that receives or stores the user's alarm schedules or clock preferences for normal application operation. The app does not require a PREMIER 21 CORP online account for normal use. 6. LOCATION ACCESS Location functionality in Amazing Digital Clock is optional. Weather is disabled by default. The primary clock and alarm functions do not require the user to enable weather or provide location access. If the user chooses to enable weather in the application's Settings, the app may request Android location permission so it can determine the user's area and provide relevant local weather and temperature information. Depending on the permission granted by the user and the Android device settings, Android may provide approximate or precise location. Location is used only for functionality that requires the user's location, specifically local weather functionality. Users may deny location permission, revoke previously granted permission through Android Settings, or leave the weather feature disabled. The clock and alarm functionality remains available when weather and location access are disabled. PREMIER 21 CORP does not use location information for advertising, marketing, behavioral profiling, or tracking the user's movements. 7. OPTIONAL WEATHER AND INTERNET FUNCTIONALITY Weather and temperature information are optional features controlled by the user. Weather is OFF by default. When weather remains disabled, the application does not require the user's device location for weather functionality. When the user voluntarily enables location-based weather, the application may use the device's location to request weather information applicable to the user's area. If the weather service requires geographic coordinates to provide local weather, the latitude and longitude necessary to complete that weather request may be transmitted to the weather provider. This transmission occurs only as necessary to provide the weather functionality requested by the user. PREMIER 21 CORP does not maintain a server-side database or location history containing the user's weather coordinates. PREMIER 21 CORP does not sell the user's location information. Location used for weather is not used by PREMIER 21 CORP for advertising or marketing. Supported online communications used by the app are transmitted using secure HTTPS/TLS connections. As with ordinary internet communications, an online service may receive technical network information necessary to process a request, such as an IP address, request time, and requested parameters. 8. DATA SHARING PREMIER 21 CORP does not sell users' personal information. The application is not designed to transmit the user's alarm schedules, alarm labels, selected clock colors, brightness settings, display preferences, or other locally stored clock configuration information to PREMIER 21 CORP servers for normal application operation. PREMIER 21 CORP does not share the user's clock or alarm information with advertising companies or data brokers. PREMIER 21 CORP does not share location information with advertising or marketing companies. If the user voluntarily enables location-based weather, the minimum information technically necessary to obtain the requested local weather may be transmitted to the weather service responsible for returning that information. This technical transmission is performed solely to provide functionality requested by the user and is not performed for advertising, marketing, or sale of personal information. Android, Google Play, and other operating-system or platform services may independently process technical information according to their respective privacy policies and terms. 9. ALARMS AND NOTIFICATIONS Amazing Digital Clock may use Android alarm and notification functionality to alert the user at times configured by the user. Depending on the Android version and device configuration, the app may request permissions or system access necessary to: • schedule alarms; • provide alarm notifications; • play alarm sounds; • provide vibration where supported and enabled; • display the alarm interface; • restore scheduled alarms after a device restart when supported; and • perform other functions necessary to deliver alarms selected by the user. Alarm information is used to provide the alarms configured by the user. Alarm schedules are not used by PREMIER 21 CORP for advertising or marketing. 10. ALARM TONES AND USER-SELECTED AUDIO Amazing Digital Clock may allow the user to select an Android alarm tone, ringtone, compatible audio file, or music for use as an alarm sound. When the user selects personal audio or music, access to the selected content is used for alarm playback. The app is not designed to upload the user's selected personal audio or music to PREMIER 21 CORP servers. Selecting an audio file as an alarm sound does not transfer ownership of that content to PREMIER 21 CORP. 11. DESK MODE AND ANDROID SCREENSAVER Amazing Digital Clock includes features intended to allow a compatible Android device to function as a desk, bedside, home, or office clock. The user may choose to enable functionality that keeps the screen on while the clock is open. The app may also provide integration with Android's screensaver functionality. Android controls when screensaver functionality can operate, including applicable charging, docking, display, power, and system settings. Desk mode and screensaver functionality do not require PREMIER 21 CORP to collect the user's personal information. Users remain in control of these functions through the app and applicable Android system settings. 12. INFORMATION STORED ON THE DEVICE Depending on the version and features used, the application may store locally: • alarm schedules; • repeating alarm selections; • alarm labels; • alarm enabled or disabled status; • selected alarm sounds; • display color; • brightness settings; • clock format; • clock appearance preferences; • seconds-display preference; • night-dimming preferences; • desk-mode preferences; • weather preferences; • trial-status information; • locally maintained premium-access status; and • other settings required to preserve the user's application configuration. This information is stored locally to operate and personalize the application. PREMIER 21 CORP does not provide a cloud alarm-history or clock-settings account for this app. Locally stored clock and alarm information should not be confused with location information that may need to be transmitted when the user voluntarily requests online weather information. 13. PERMISSIONS AND DEVICE ACCESS LOCATION Location permission is optional. It is used only for optional location-dependent functionality such as obtaining local weather. Weather is disabled by default. If weather remains disabled, location permission is not required for the application's primary clock and alarm functions. Users may deny or revoke location permission through Android Settings. NOTIFICATIONS The application may request Android notification permission where required by the operating system. Notification access is used to provide application functionality such as alarm-related notifications. ALARMS The application may use Android alarm functionality and related permissions to schedule and deliver alarms configured by the user. DEVICE STARTUP Where permitted by Android, the application may receive notification that the device has restarted so previously configured alarms can be restored. This functionality is used to maintain alarms created by the user. AUDIO If the user chooses a custom alarm sound or music, the application may use Android's media or file-selection functionality to access the audio specifically selected by the user. INTERNET Internet access may be used for optional online weather functionality and normal services associated with Android and Google Play. The app's primary clock and locally configured alarm functionality does not require creation of a PREMIER 21 CORP online account. 14. DATA COLLECTION, SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES For purposes of Google Play's Data safety terminology, information transmitted from the user's device to an external service may need to be disclosed as collected even when PREMIER 21 CORP does not permanently retain that information on its own servers. Therefore, approximate or precise location may be considered collected when the user voluntarily enables location-based weather and location information is transmitted off the device to obtain local weather. Such location information is: • optional; • associated with optional weather functionality; • not required for the primary clock or alarm functions; • used for app functionality; • not sold by PREMIER 21 CORP; • not used by PREMIER 21 CORP for targeted advertising; and • not used by PREMIER 21 CORP to create a location history of the user. Clock settings, alarm schedules and other information that remain solely on the device are not transmitted to PREMIER 21 CORP servers for normal app operation. 15. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION Purchases and subscriptions for Amazing Digital Clock are processed through Google Play Billing as described in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy. PREMIER 21 CORP does not receive or store the user's complete payment-card number or bank-account information through the application. Payment information processed by Google is subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms. 16. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION The app does not require creation of a PREMIER 21 CORP online account. Locally stored information generally remains on the user's device until it is: • changed or deleted through the application; • removed when the user clears the application's storage/data; or • removed when the application is uninstalled, subject to Android's own backup and restore behavior and device configuration. PREMIER 21 CORP does not maintain a server-side alarm-history or location-history database for this application. Because the app does not provide a PREMIER 21 CORP user account for normal use, there is no PREMIER 21 CORP app account that the user must separately request to have deleted. 17. DATA SECURITY PREMIER 21 CORP takes reasonable measures to protect information associated with the application's operation. Local application settings and alarm information are stored using standard Android application-storage mechanisms. Where the application communicates with supported online services, such as for optional weather functionality, supported secure HTTPS/TLS network connections are used. The application is designed to limit access to information to what is reasonably necessary to provide the functionality selected by the user. The application is not designed to create a PREMIER 21 CORP database containing users' alarm schedules, selected clock colors, clock usage, personal audio files, or location history. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should also maintain appropriate security protections on their Android devices. 18. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS The application is not designed to use the user's alarm information, clock preferences, selected audio, or optional weather location for targeted advertising. Location obtained for optional weather functionality is not intentionally used by PREMIER 21 CORP for advertising or marketing. If a future version adds advertising, analytics, crash reporting, cloud synchronization, user accounts, or another service that changes the application's collection, use, storage, or sharing of information, PREMIER 21 CORP will review and update this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play Data safety disclosure as appropriate before that version is distributed. 19. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Amazing Digital Clock is a general-purpose clock and alarm application and is not specifically directed to children. The application does not intentionally request personal profile information from children as part of its normal clock and alarm functionality. 20. USER CHOICE AND CONTROL Amazing Digital Clock provides users with control over its optional functionality. Depending on the installed version, users may choose whether to: • enable or disable weather; • grant or deny location permission; • enable or disable individual alarms; • create or remove alarms; • choose repeating alarm dates; • select alarm sounds; • enable or disable desk mode; • use Android screensaver functionality; • enable automatic night dimming; • show or hide seconds; • use 12-hour or 24-hour time; • select clock colors; and • adjust other clock appearance settings. Android permissions can also be reviewed or revoked through the device's system Settings. 21. GOOGLE PLAY DATA SAFETY The Google Play Data safety section for Amazing Digital Clock is intended to reflect the behavior described in this Privacy Policy. Weather is optional and disabled by default. Location is not required for the application's primary clock and alarm functionality. If the user voluntarily enables location-based weather and location information is transmitted off the device to obtain weather, the applicable location information should be disclosed according to Google Play Data safety requirements. Alarm schedules, clock settings and other application preferences that remain solely on the user's device are not transmitted to PREMIER 21 CORP servers for normal application operation. If the application's permissions, SDKs, external providers, data collection, data sharing, storage, advertising, analytics, account features, cloud functionality, or other relevant behavior changes, PREMIER 21 CORP will review the Google Play Data safety declaration and this Privacy Policy. 22. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY PREMIER 21 CORP may update this Privacy Policy when application functionality, permissions, Android requirements, third-party services, legal requirements, or data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy identifies the latest revision. 23.
